Lisa Woolston, a highly experienced and compassionate professional dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals, families, and couples. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Regent University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling from Walden University.
With her extensive educational background and 20 years of practical experience, Lisa employs a person-centered approach to assist adults, youth, couples, and families in achieving a harmonious life balance. Through introspective cognitive and behavioral advancements, she guides her clients towards self-discovery, personal growth, and improved overall mental health.
Lisa's expertise extends to assisting individuals, groups, as well as military and paramilitary personnel in successfully navigating traumatic occurrences and resolving conflicts. Her proficiency in both faith-based and secular arenas has enabled her to make a significant impact on the lives of those she serves.
Currently, Lisa offers in-person and telehealth services, providing practical and effective management strategies for various mental health challenges. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress management, and grief. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, she creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and work towards healing and resilience.
